How does it work?

Schedule the session with me, follow the link in your email invitation, verify your identity, and meet me online. A computer or laptop are best, but a smart phone or tablet may work too. My preferred online notarization platforms are Cyberizeit.com and NotaryCam. At the end of the session, you will receive an encrypted Adobe file of your signed documents.

Issued by the Secretary of State, an Apostille certificate verifies the good standing of the notary who signed your document. It is necessary when the document will be used outside of the United States. Similarly, a document issued by a Secretary of State office (ie. incorporation documents) would need authentication from the incorporation state.
